15:54. PR by 6 seconds but I lost count/consciousness on the squats so I'm not sure.PR'd the pullups in 4:35, then it went downhill from there. Squats and situps broken up way more than I would have liked.

Angie gave me elbow problems a few months ago, so I decided not a good idea with the vest.so:100 M farmer carry (pinching, not holding)25 double undies20 k2e10 db OH lunges at 15# each db.x524 minutesfirebreathers were getting about 20-21 minutes unvested, so I figured I did good. nauseous, but good.
25:30 Half of that time all being the PU. Admittedly i don't have the kip down perfect, but still a bad division of work rate.
