AuVest WOD 8/2/2009

TexasPatrick's vest looking every bit as harmless as it's not.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes:
10 push press, 115#/75#
10 knees-to-elbows
40 double unders

    Then 6 X 200m run, vested, leaving every 45 seconds. Big PR.

    40 tuck jumps (in front of mirror to ensure hight)

  10. subbed 20 tick jumps for double unders after trying to get double unders for about 15.
    11 rds+pp+k2e+11 tucks
    fun terrible wod

    but subbed 80 singles with as many double unders as possible out of the 80. could have gotten bout 3 more rounds if i had just done tuck jumps.
