400m run

  2. also did it at my friends gym while a guy was in doing his bodybuilder workout - chest and biceps were order of the day. Never, ever, ever going to do shit like that again...the guy looked soooo bored. He finished off his workout with some chin ups doing maybe 5 or 6 reps with really reduced ROM so I jumped up and did a set of 21 kipping pull ups

  3. sorry guys couldnt resist doin main site. and only had time for one. almost finished the 11th round. as rxd plus vest for u guys. was miserable. my running shoes are shot and cant afford new ones at moment and vested running on shot shoes kills my shins and knees. hope to buy some new ones friday
