I only got in 5 rounds when new person walked through door who I helped with...my vest on. Did manage to PR my Snatch by 3 pounds prior...that was kind of cool.
16:05. It took like two rounds to get my snatch sorted out to where it was remotely comfortable. The pushups I broke more than I broke my mother's heart.
That. Sucked. (I also lost a bit of time when I looked up and couldn't see my kids in the front yard so had to make sure they disappeared into my house and not "some van".)
Feel better with my 9:28 on 8/11. I thought someone had done it in under 4. I went balls out, therefore, and had 4 rds done in 4:41. Then the wheels started to come off. Next 3 rounds in 4:46. Blech.

6:26 and yes the pushups sucked. brett was being a pushup nazi and refusing to count a bunch of mine. then ran a couple 400m 50 lbs sandbag runs.
