  1. maxed out at 90kg, may have pressed it out a little

  2. 215 X 3, 225 X 1. Jerk form needs work as I haven't done it since my injury, and my elbows were hurting, so I decided to hit some power cleans and go for a PR.

    I got up to 265 lbs. on the power clean for a 20 lb. PR.

  3. Didn't want to push the back with cleans.

    Split Jerk - 215#x3, 230#x2, 255#x1 (PR)

  5. I didn't do as well as I hoped no pr for me today.
    225x3 245x2 255x1 265x1 275x1(f)
    went for a pr on clean with 300lbs and I cleaned it up but couldn't front squat the fucking thing I was pissed!!
