AuVest WOD 8/12/2009

Owen and his vest "Charlene" picked this lovely route for their 5k...looks like a good time!

Work up to a 5 rep max deadlift.

    back and wrist sore form that stupid fall, wrist pain is making it hard to grip and giving me pain in the forearm

    Then 600m run in 1:52 with a 20 lb. vest

    Then front squat and pushup form work in vest.
